CRNA Opportunity in Southern Wisconsin 20 minutes from Madison –
Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is seeking a CRNA.
- 24 hour beeper call with 20 minute call-response (designated call room if needed)
- Beeper call opportunity, variable 1:5 call coverage. $34/hour, and then $175/hour with 2 hour minimum.
- $100,000 student loan assistance or bonus for a 5-year commitment
- 9 weeks of time off inclusive of vacation/holidays/CME
- CME annual allowance
- Potential to pick up additional shifts
- Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Occurrence Based Malpractice insurance
- Relocation support
