Monday to Friday 7-3:30 Call every 3rd night



    • Dates March 27th 4wks on 2 off ongoing

    • Additional Need April 10-14; May 15-19

    • All CRNA practice 3 on per day

    • call infrequent

    • 3 OR's

    • EMR EPIC

    • Cases: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO, Podiatry

    • Must be able to perform spinals, blocks and epidurals

    • Locums Compensation: $200hr $220/hr OT $220/weeknight call $1,000/24hr weekend call $220hr for any call backs, paid malpractice , housing and travel

    • Chief Permanent Salary $310k $20k sign on bonus $20K Chief Stipend 1099 12 weeks Off

    • We can license , DEA and CSR required
