Ideal Role Availability in the NM Care Team Structure
We are seeking CRNAs to join our team in an optimal capacity that focuses on minimizing stress and handling routine cases, excluding complex surgeries. This role requires a team of 5 CRNAs to cover 4 operating rooms.
The cases you will be handling are the bread and butter cases, ensuring a consistent and manageable workload. This is a full-time position (w2), with the added benefit that you will be on call every fourth night, and you will never be assigned to second call duty.
