- Monday - Friday + week night & weekend call
- Cases/Procedures: general, minor nerve blocks, IV regional, spinals, epidurals, regionals, OB
- No Peds

Site Two:
- Location: less than one hour from Metro Detroit
- Full time coverage needed
- Mon - Fri; no call
- 8, 10, 12 hour shift available
- Supervision
- No peds
- Mileage reimbursement only

Site Three:
- Location: Thumb area
- Ability to flex between two sites
- Must be Comfortable working autonomously
- Procedures: General, Endo, OB
- Mon - Fri + Weeknight & weekend call
- Anticipate 8 -10 hour shift
