Start Date: 18 weeks out from acceptance for CRNA's needing a license and 12 weeks for licensed CRNA
Contract Length: ongoing
Shift Details: Full Time, 4x10; Monday-Thursday one week, Tuesday-Friday the next. 10-hour shifts are from 7a-5:30p with unpaid lunch and cases starting at 8a. RARE occasion that a case will start at 7:15a and provider can arrive at 6:30a.
Schedule: 4x10, must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per month.
Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks per month; will consider a minimum of 3 weeks.
· Patient population/age: Adults only
· Department description: General cases and endo. They have in total a case load of 129. Very General need, no head or hearts. No call, very straight forward job.
