Join Our Team as a CRNA in Stunning Ashland, Oregon
Anesthesia Associates of Medford, a respected and established group of board-certified anesthesiologists, is seeking a skilled, adaptable CRNA to join our team and support our expanding services in scenic Southern Oregon. This position is based at Asante Ashland Community Hospital, a 25-bed facility with three operating rooms, where you will work alongside a collaborative team to provide essential anesthesia services across a diverse case mix.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 8–12 hours per day
- Call Requirements: 1-2 calls per week, with 1-2 weekend calls (Friday 7 AM - Monday 7 AM) each month; includes post-call work on Mondays
- Case Variety: General surgery, gynecology, OB, orthopedics, urology, retina procedures, and more; rare trauma cases, no hearts, neuro, or major vascular cases
- Ten Weeks of Vacation Time!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for endoscopic and OR procedures, labor epidurals, and provide support in the Emergency Department
- Assist with OR turnover, cart stocking, and patient transport as needed
- Respond to emergent OB cases, meeting a 15-minute arrival time and a 30-minute incision time for C-sections
Qualifications:
- Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NRP
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working independently, especially on weekends
