Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • We offer various flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • New clinical rotation will offer 2 physicians during the day, with 1 on STO each week.
  • Scheduled physicians will alternate call days with post post-call physician being first out the next day, or getting the day off if cases are light.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a community hospital with general surgery, podiatry, urology, and orthopedics.
  • No trauma, no hearts, no heads, no pediatrics, no OB.
  • Physician supervision model.
  • This position is a combination of administrative and clinical duties.
  • Work with the Hospital administration and surgeons to implement quality measures.
  • Opportunity to build your team with administrative support.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • W2 Compensation: Annual salary $550k.
    • Strong commencement bonus offered, up to $150k. This will add an additional $ 50,000 per year over three years to the base salary, with a yearly market analysis.
    • Annual Chief stipend of $40k.
