CRNA Opportunity - Private Practice in PA

About the Practice:

• We have managed over 11,000 anesthesia cases in 2023
• Join a team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time Anesthesiologists, and 7 experienced CRNAs
• Cases include a wide range of specialties, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, GYN, and more

Schedule:

• 7 AM - 3:30 PM with no long days
• Minimal, light call of 1:6

Compensation & Benefits:

• $218,000 annual base salary, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes 30 days of PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• $2,000 annual stipend for CME/technology and relocation assistance if needed
• We offer $20,000 per year for five years (totaling $100,000) to help you pay down your student loans
  • If you don't have student loans, you'll receive this same amount annually as a retention bonus

Location (Pennsylvania):

• Meadville is a short drive from Erie, Pennsylvania (about an hour) and Cleveland, Ohio (around 2 hours), offering access to the amenities of a larger city
• French Creek State Park offers opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, and boating, while the adjacent Allegheny National Forest provides even more outdoor adventures
