Full-Time CRNA Needed in Harrison, Arkansas
- Base Pay: $249,600 annually
- Additional Pay for Extended Shifts:
- Incentive for Extended Hours: $150/hour for hours worked beyond 10 hours on a single shift. These hours must be pre-approved by the Anesthesia Director, Chief CRNA, OR Director, or Administration and submitted weekly for payroll purposes.
- Post-Call Coverage: $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum for post-call coverage hours, subject to the same pre-approval and submission process.
- Time Off: 280 hours PTO Years 0-2,
- 320 hours PTO Years 2+,
- 48 hours/year Extended Illness Bank
- Continuing Education: $2,500/year CME Allowance
- Basic Life and ADD Insurance paid by Employer: $100,000
