Locum CRNA Needed in Farmington, MO (Hourly Completion Bonus)
Will consider FT availability
Able to work a mix of 6/8/10 hour shifts.
Must be willing to float to either main or annex needed
Call Required at main site
Must be willing to work some holidays Must be able to do Ultrasound guided peripheral blocks and Peds
Medically Directed
Call Required at main site: 1st & 2nd Beeper Call 1:4
Must be OB Proficient and able to work independently
Case Logs Required
Case types: General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds. No Hearts or Heads.
Annex Needs:
o 100 % Supervision Model
o 1 Provider doing cases
o Cases: ENT, Ortho
o CRNA Only
o Mon – Wed 10 & 6 Hour Shifts
o Thursday & Friday 8 Hour Shifts
