- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- 2 ORs
- 1 Procedure Room
- Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology.
- ACLS, BLS,PALS and competent with nerve blocks
- Looking for Monday thru Friday coverage.
- Usually have cases everyday of the week unless a provider is on vacation.
- Very fast paced ASC especially on Wednesdays
- CRNA that can cover M-F 6a-til last patient discharged.
- Proficient in blocks and would be the only anesthesia provider on site.
- Active Az License
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
