• Excellent Work-Life Balance: Four 10-hour shifts/week. No in-house call! Minimal second call (2-3 weekends/year, 1 holiday/year, 1 weekday/3 weeks). Pick up extra shifts for more income. Rarely any overtime, and everyone gets their breaks (morning, lunch, and afternoon).
