MN 6573 Duluth - Locum CRNA NEEDED (24090964)
Locum CRNA needed to start in July and work a 3-month assignment at a Surgery Center near Duluth, MN. MN license required.
Credentialing 45 - 60 days- after a completed file.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (3 days per week), 7a - 4p.
No Call.
No weekends.
Cases: Endo, Cataracts, general, ortho, Opth, podiatry, GYN, Uro and pain medicine (macs). No peds.
Outpatient only.
CRNAs are independent.
Will do phone interview.
EMR: Epic
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
