OR 6575 Phoenix - Locum CRNAs NEEDED (24090965)
Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Phoenix, OR.
Providers would work about 2-3 night shifts per month. So not all shifts will be nights but they have to be willing to work at least this many.
The night shift is 11pm-6am, but some there are occasions when the providers end up getting out closer to 7am.
No Call.
The following support services have 24 hours availability at the facility: Anesthesia, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology.
Is there a L&D department: Yes.
Providers must be licensed in OR and either be BC or truly BE within 5 years of residency.
ATLS, Board Certified.
Trauma Level 3.
EMR: Epic.
Practice Settings: Inpatient.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
