Start Date: September - 13 weeks
-Shift Details: 7am – end of surgical days
-Schedule: M-F
-Amount of coverage needed per month: As needed
-Patients per day: 8-16
-Patient population/age: 12 years - 70 years or so
-Department description: Ear, nose & throat 2 x week/ spine cases 2x week / ortho 2-3x week
-Hospital bed size: 1 OR ASC – 2 pre-op / 3 PACU beds
-Facility procedures: Lumbar/Cervical Spine decompression, hemi-discectomy , total discectomy, spinal cord stimulator, knee & shoulder and upper limb arthroscopies
-Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
