We are actively seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a high-volume, multi-site health system in central Massachusetts. Position Highlights:

  • Start Date: September 1, 2025
  • Schedule: 12-, 16-, 18-, and 24-hour shifts available
  • Call: None
  • Flexible Start/Stop Times – 24/7 Coverage Model
  • Multiple Sites: High-acuity academic center, community hospital, ambulatory centers, and OB-focused sites
  • Cases: Wide range including trauma, transplant, ENT, neurosurgery, ortho, OB, and hearts
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Credentialing: Efficient centralized process for main hospital system; separate for ambulatory sites

  • Competitive 1099 rates
  • Full travel, lodging (hotel or Airbnb), car rental or mileage, and A+ rated malpractice insurance provided

Requirements:

  • CRNA Certification
  • Board Certification required
  • Availability for a flexible schedule with shift options
  • Willingness to float among various clinical sites as needed
