Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
Work Details: 
 Support staff: predominantly solo non-medically directed by Anes. 
 Amount of coverage needed per month: 5x8 per week 
 Patients per day: less than 20
 Patient population/age: adult with potential peds case for ENT peds anesthesiologist will be there for those 
 Department description: 
 EMR: Cerner 
 Hospital bed size:25 bed critical access hospital 
 Special procedures: general ortho ophthalmology gyn ENT and plastic surgery cases. 
 Skills required: experience with regional anes spinals peripheral nerve blocks would be helpful but not necessary.

 Board Certification: required 
 State license required: yes

 CSR: no 
 Certifications preferred: 
 Certifications required: BLS ACLS
 Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum or at least 1 year working independently. 
Credentialing Timeframe: less than 2 weeks for clean files!
