City:  Minneapolis    State:  MN    Start Date:  2025-09-15    End Date:  2025-12-15    Duration:  13  Weeks  Shift: 12 Hours  Day shift    Description:  **Must live 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern to be considered!

**MINIMUM 2 weeks per month and MINIMUM 36 hours per week

New Provider Pay Rate: 240/hr *eligible for 10 increase after 6 months
Previous Affiliation AT Abbott? - Start at 250/hr

8hr Weeknight Call  Would like to review providers who are interested in the occasional overnight shift - weeknight and/or weekends. Not required. 

Shift Details: 8 10 12 and 16 hour shifts available. 
Schedule: 6:30-3pm 6:30-5pm 6:30-7pm 6:30-8pm 
Work Details: 
 Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over bring supplies etc. 
 Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
 Patient population/age: 12
 Department description: Tertiary facility 
 EMR: Epic
 Special procedures: Specialized care

*CRNA do not perform any blocks a-lines epidurals or spinals.

 Hospital - Tertiary facility 

Requirements:
 Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required 
 Registered Nurse Anesthetist - MN Board of Nursing required 
 ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
 Minimum experience required: 1 year

***Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days

 OT: 1.5x normal rate

Level III Facility

BILL:
Weekend Beeper Call 24hrs = 1500 
Weekend Beeper Call 12hrs = 1000
Weeknight Beeper Call 8hrs = 600 
Weeknight Beeper Call 12hrs = 800

PAY:
Weekend Beeper Call 24hrs = 1000 
Weekend Beeper Call 12hrs = 700
Weeknight Beeper Call 8hrs = 400
Weeknight Beeper Call 12hrs = 700

Call back = 1.5x the hourly rate
OT: 1.5x normal rate

***OT rule: Daily overtime is only applicable if your scheduled shift length is changed on the same day in QGenda and/or by your on-site manager. If additional hours are added before the scheduled shift date overtime does not apply. All overtime must be approved by ANW and documented in QGenda to be eligible for payment.
