CRNA | 90th Percentile Earnings | 35 Min North of the Twin Cities
Position Details:
- Award-winning medical center just north of Minneapolis, MN – doing about 4,000 cases annually
- Affiliated with the region’s top non-profit, physician-led health system
- Join a team of 7 CRNAs that takes a lot of pride in the collaborative, respectful, and supportive working environment they’ve cultivated
- Peel system
- Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, plus some ENT, Uro, Gyn, Endo, Robotics, etc. No OB, no heads, no hearts.
- Medical direction during business hours, independent CRNA coverage on evenings/weekends
- 1:7 beeper call - generous 45 min RTF. All call is paid, plus a stipend for any callbacks (<20% likelihood of getting called back)
- Highly competitive compensation – $305-325K+, with additional lucrative earnings available
- Up to $80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
- Employed position with comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, generous 5% retirement contribution, 37-42+ days of PTO & CME, + 2 weeks of Caregiver Leave, fertility/family building help, 20 days of childcare – all the expected perks & then some
