City: Sumter State: SC Start Date: 2025-07-07 End Date: 2026-01-05 Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: 8 Hours Day shift Description: Schedule: Mon - Fri 2-3 weeks per month **6month contract Patients per day: 15 - 30 Patient population/age: PEDS 18yrs Department description: Medical Direction General Anesthesia cases. Must be comfortable with pediatric patients.Hospital bed size: 283 Special procedures: No hearts No Neuro No OB Skills required: Bread and Butter Practice Setting: Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: BC State license required: SC Certifications required: NBCRNA BLS ACLS PALS Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience practicing medicine. Clean Malpractice history. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days *WITH SC LICENSE* WILL NOT LICENSE **RATE is all-inclusive and subject to change based on where provider lives from the facility** Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $239.46 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
