City: Flagstaff State: AZ Start Date: 2025-09-08 End Date: 2025-09-15 Duration: 1 Weeks Shift: 12 Hours Day shift Description: Specialty: CRNA Start Date: Sept 8 Sept 8-Jan 11 Shifts will be 7a-3p 7a-5p 7a-7p or 3p-11p Approx 40 hour per week Cannot request shift times or days schedule is created by a software that auto generates Work Details: Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR 2 in the ambulatory center Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day Department description: Description: comprised of ortho ortho trauma general general trauma spine neuro cath lab ambulatory and endo. EMR: Cerner and Anesthesia Hospital bed size: 317 Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience. Interview Process: Dr. Weiss will interview candidates by phone. Practice Setting: Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: CRNA License required: we have time to license but must have AZ license before starting DEA: No CSR: No Certifications required: BLS or ACLS Minimum experience required: Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days OT after scheduled shift - No weekly OT or after 40 hours Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 19:00 Notes: N/A 1099 Pay Rate: $218.59 Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
