City:  Huntingdon    State:  PA    Start Date:  2025-06-23    End Date:  2025-09-15    Duration:  12  Weeks  Shift: 8 Hours  Day shift    Description:  State College 
 June 2 2025 3 months
 Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:30p with unpaid half hour lunch
 3-5 cases per day. This is a new facility but volume is starting to pick up.
 Special procedures: ortho general ophthalmology ENT endoscopy. Cath lab cases have not started yet but will those are TBD.
 Skills required: ortho general ophthalmology ENT endo cath lab
 Board Certification Required
 State license required: Yes
 Certifications required: BLS ACLS
 Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred

Huntingdon  
 June 30 2025 - 1 month with option to extend
 Shift Details: June 30-July 3 July 7-10 14-17 21-24 28-31
 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7a-5p
 Less than 20 patients per day 
 Special procedures: General bread and butter ortho no heads no hearts no OB
 Board Certification Required
 State license required: Yes
 Certifications required: BLS ACLS
 Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred
o Adult peds experience preferred but not required.
 Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks can grant temps quickly with CLEAN background!

Tyrone 
 June 2 2025 3 months
 Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:30p with 30-minute unpaid lunch
 Special procedures: general ortho ophthalmology gyn ENT and plastic surgery cases.
 Less than 20 patients per day 
 Skills required: experience with regional anes spinals peripheral nerve blocks would be helpful but not necessary.
 Board Certification required
 State license required: yes
 Certifications required: BLS ACLS
 Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum or at least 1 year working independently.
 Credentialing Timeframe: less than 2 weeks for clean files!
